about
Grade Holdings
Celebrating 15 years in business.
Grade Holdings is a vibrant collective of established and emerging Irish businesses. From award-winning festivals and a full-service live experience agency, to a Michelin Guide restaurant and boutique retail experiences, our past and present portfolio is united by a shared belief in the timeless Aristotelian idea: “We are what we repeatedly do.”
For us, excellence is not a single act, but a habit - woven into everything we build. This philosophy shapes our approach to partnerships, working with like-minded stakeholders to grow sustainable ventures that enrich the local economy and contribute to lasting prosperity.
Our Approach
In filmmaking, the final step in the production process is known as the grade - a stage where each scene is refined and colour-matched to create a cohesive tone and visual identity. It’s this process that gives a film its stylistic integrity and emotional resonance.
We see Grade Holdings in a similar light: a unifying force that brings consistency, character, and excellence to a diverse portfolio. Across every brand, in every sector, our ambition is the same - to deliver a high-calibre experience that reflects our shared values and enduring commitment to quality.
Partnership
Collaboration is at the heart of how we grow and sustain our portfolio. It sparks creativity, unlocks specialist expertise, and allows us to thrive across diverse markets. As part of our growth strategy, we continually form key partnerships - alliances that not only bring exciting new brands to market, but also foster meaningful cross-pollination across our categories. Looking ahead, we’re committed to building relationships with partners who share our standards of excellence and bring a competitive edge to everything we do.
Our Story
Our journey began with a single idea and grew into a diverse group of spaces, people, and stories. Each step shaped the identity of our holding
